The service
Fixtel Nest provides in-home technician visits for internet, TV and connected devices. Availability, timing and pricing may vary by location and job.
Bookings & pricing
Prices shown are starting prices for a standard visit; final pricing depends on the work required and is confirmed before any additional work begins.
Cancellations
You can reschedule or cancel a booking free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment window.
Our guarantee
Work is backed by a 90-day fix guarantee. If the same issue recurs within that period, we’ll return and re-diagnose at no additional call-out cost.
Liability
We take great care in every home. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided, to the extent permitted by law.
